-VIP HOURS are anytime before 9am and anytime after 5:30pm - adding a closure or frontal is an additional charge - curling,crimps, & bobs are all an upcharge and should be added on through add-ons
Cancellation Policy
Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. 1. Booking Deposits or VIP FEE -VIP appointments are (7AM-8:30AM or 6PM & anytime after) which results in a few, select as a add-on when booking. -VIP appointments are also same day appointments (appointments you book the same day with no appointment scheduled, which results in a fee. contact the stylist 561-577-8836 after booking to confirm for same day appointment -Your booking fee will be applied toward your total service balance. 2. Wig Drop-off Policy --PLEASE DROP OFF HAIR IN THE ONLY BLACK DROPBOX NEXT TO THE SALON YOUR NAME (client) & the hairstylist (bebe/slay addiction), please note that I am not the only stylist in the salon, not doing so may interfere with your appointment, if the salon is open your free to walk inside and drop off to one of the stylist after you notify them of the hairstylist you book 3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival -A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. -One reschedule is permitted with proper notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. -No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full before booking again. -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee. -Please communicate any delays as soon as possible. 4. Hair Preparation -Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and detangled unless a shampoo service is included. -Hair must be free of excessive oils, and product buildup. 5. Wig & Lace Installations -Wigs must be clean and free of excessive glue or adhesive residue. -Previously worn wigs may require an additional cleaning or customization service fee. select an add-on if cleaning is required -Please drop off wig/hair no less than 24 hrs before your appointment if advance customization is required. -Poor-quality lace or damaged wigs may affect the final results. 6. Additional Guests -No additional guests, children, or pets are allowed during appointments unless approved in advance. 7. Remaining Balance & Payments -The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your service, taxes included -Any additional services requested during your appointment may result in additional charges.
